You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Delivery to areas outside major cities may take longer.
Because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.
All orders are sent daily unless it falls in the weekend, in which case your order will be sent out on Monday. If you pay by Check then it will not be sent untill your funds are cleared by Paypal. |
| Returns & Exchanges |
We fully guarantee our products against manufacturer faults, but not damage due to mis-handling or not looking after the lenses properly. We supply a full care and instruction brochure with every purchase so you will understand how to care for your eyes and the lenses.
Being that contact lenses are classed a medical device in other countries around the world and the nature of these products we do not refund or exchange, for health and safety reasons. Thanks for your understanding.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost and stolen although we do send through a track and trace courier service, to avoid any such issues. If this was to happen we can help to go through the process of claiming through the courier company for any loses and then send another pair once the refund is granted.
If you require an exchange due to manufacturer fault we need you to send the faulty lens back to us so we can forward it onto the manufacturing company as they need to be informed of all product faults. Please inform us by e-mail if this occurs and we will endeavour to help you.
You agree to follow the care and use information on our respective websites if not here at www.online.fantasyeyes.net and if you have any questions you are welcome to contact us directly we are only to happy to help. Just remember to key rules is to not sleep in your lenses and to not share your lenses with anyone.
Also no refunds will be given due to bad colour choice. We have supplied photos of the lenses being modelled to give you an idea what the lenses 'can' look like on, so we hope this helps with your colour decision making. Thank you. |
